Pesto Pasta - A Family Favorite!
This is a great recipe always a winner and great to have on hand in your pantry. It takes no time at all to make and everyone seems to like it!
1 box of pasta
4-5 Tablespoons The Spice Way Pesto Blend with Olive Oil
4-5 Tablespoons The Spice Way Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. kosher salt
1-2 Tbsp. The Spice Way White Truffle Oil (available in-store only)
Sautéed broccoli, sliced mushrooms and diced eggplant.
Cook pasta according to instructions.
Mix pesto blend and olive together. It is a one to one ratio so you can always do more or less depending on what you need. Blend well.
Blend into your cooked pasta. Add salt and parmesan. Give it a taste and see if it is according to your liking. Adjust accordingly. Add White Truffle Oil and mix everything together.
If you are adding vegetables; in a sauté pan, heat up oil olive and cook vegetables until al dente and add to pesto pasta.
